i was almost ready to write a rave review, but then i remembered the clogged shower and the volume of the inane music blasting throughout the hotel. i honestly expected a complimentary upgrade but received nothing of the sort, how rude!

The shower had a unique design with those invisible drains, though they might clog easily. I enjoyed the quietness of the hotel’s surroundings, making for a peaceful stay even if I had to use earplugs.

The shower head was clogged, which took away from the experience—hard water issues, I guess. I suggest being prepared with noise-canceling headphones if you’re a light sleeper.

Oh man, the rooftop views paired with fresh Italian strata made breakfast epic! Plus, the central location means you're minutes away from awesome spots like Pupuseria Dona Cony and Occalli Cafe.

The only thing I didn’t like was the party noise at 2 AM—sounded like karaoke! Also, no elevator means hauling luggage up the stairs was a bit of a workout—still, totally worth it!
